Blocks of time are added to any time you currently have outstanding or if you have no outstanding time the date of purchase. A one month block of time will run for example from 10 January to 10 February. Your account will not be credited until funds have been received. Recipients As a user you are responsible for ensuring email recipients have agreed to recieve your emails. You are also responsible for ensuring the emails have appropriate unsubscribe links. Spam If we receive a complaint regarding spam originating from an account we reserve the right to suspend the suspected account pending an investigation.
